Classic program only
(Plus programs do not use Coinset Files)
These generic Coinset Files should be suitable for most usages. Before using any other Coinset File check
the description carefully to ensure it is suitable for your requirements. If in doubt contact Mektek for advice.
For a custom Coinset File tailored to your requirements (eg Add two coins, keep existing coins, map outputs)
please contact the Mektek Helpline. There is no charge for this service.
NOTE: Use the new release software V3.0.4 with these Coinset files to allow each Channel to be Programmed, Retained or Cleared.
If these options are not available when runing a Coinset File upgrade your Classic Software to V3.0.4
If a Coinset File listed here is not available on your system go to the Software Download page and download the latest Coinset Files.
MS1000 coinset files work on most of the MS1000 family including MS1600, MS1604, MS1610, MS1614, MS1900, MS1904, MS1910, ME1099, ME1100.
Mech variants: If the mechanism is similar in shape to the above and the loom E1 fits the 20-way ribbon connector on the coin mechanism then use the MS1000 Coinset Files.
MS1000 A add up to 6 new coins to segment 1
MS1000 B add up to 12 new coins
ME111 coinset files work on most of the MS100 family including ME111, ME115, ME115TS, MS111B1, MS111, ME126, ME129, & MS130B1 (For the MS150 consult your Programmer supplier).
Mech variants: If loom E2 or E8 fits the lower left-hand connector on the coin mechanism then use ME111 Coinset Files.
ME111 A add up to 6 new coins to segment 1
ME111 B add up to 12 new coins
The G13 0000 and G13 6000 series require different Coinset Files.
The G13 7xxxx is a front plate version.
- For Totaliser variants the value of each coin is defined into the mechanism during programming. Contact Mektek for specific coinsets.
- G13 6000 series has selectable measuring parameters which are defined for each coin being programmed in the Coinset File. For this reason mechanisms using the Generic Coinset Files below should have their discrimination and acceptance thoroughly tested after programming to ensure that performance levels are acceptable.
G13-6000 A (Acceptor Only) Add up to 6 new coins (Output/inhibit 1-6)
G13-6000 B (Acceptor Only) Add up to 12 new coins, (Output/inhibit 1-6 & 1-6)
G13-0000 A (Acceptor Only) Add up to 6 new coins to channels 1-6
G18: Acceptor only – for Totaliser variants contact your Programmer supplier.
G18-3000 A (Acceptor Only) Add up to 6 new coins (Output/inhibit 1-6)
G18-3000 B (Acceptor Only) Add up to 12 new coins (output/inhibit 1-6 & 1-6)
G10: These coinsets contain individual coin values for each coin channel and change tube routing. Contact Mektek for a free Coinset File amde to your specifications.
C220B A Add up to 4 new coins to channels 1-4 Output on pins 2,4,5,7
C220B B Add up to 8 new coins to channels 1-8 Output on pins 2,4,5,7 & 2,4,5,7
C335 A add up to 5 new coins to channels 1-5 Output on pins 3,5,6,8,1
C335 B Add up to 8 new coins Output on pins 3,5,6,8,1. (Coins 6,7,& 8 twinned with coins 1,2 & 3 respectively)
The routing of coins through the in-built sorter in the mechanism can be defined in the memory of the mech or via an external header routing plug. Generic Coinset files use the routing plug with default route "A". The Piezo sensor is disabled in the Generic Coinset files for all coins.
The Coinset Files below do not change routing or binary coding. If changes to these are required either contact Mektek for a specific Coinset for your application or change them manually during programming.
C435 8 coins Add up to 8 new coins (Binary Coding and Routing unchanged, Piezo disabled)
